• What does Pre-Order mean?

  Pre-Order means that you can buy and pay for the item now but I do not have the product in stock at the moment. I will make them when you place the order, so of course the shipping/arrival time will be a lot longer than the standard.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Free tracking comes with larger orders. Reminder that Stripe services is not supported by all countries. You should still be able to pay via PayPal.

• Why is international shipping so expensive?

  As of 1/2016, the prices of USPS international packages have risen. I use USPS First Class service, that comes with tracking, so if you order any merchandise (that's not flat or buttons), you will know exactly where it is!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How come it's taken longer than the 3 days for my order to be shipped? (And it's not a Pre Order item)

  Well you have to remember that the post office is closed on Sundays. Also if you made the purchase not through PayPal, it takes a while (2 business days) to transfer any money and make way to the PO to purchase the proper shipping label.

• Refunds or damaged product?

  If your order gets lost or damaged on the way, please contact me. Refunds are only available if the store can not complete your order.
