• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this point, we ship to US and Canada only. For orders to countries outside of the United States or Canada, please contact us directly via the Contact form.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders ship via USPS in 3-5 business days from the date of the sale (Monday-Friday). Please note that international orders may take longer for delivery. Some orders can take up to 3 weeks or longer to arrive. Although we do not accept Internationl orders at this point, StoreEnvy does not provide a way to disallow you from making international purchases, hence the $50 shipping fee. So if you do proceed with this, we will try our best to get your order to you. However, we can not guarantee arrival times for international packages.

• Using Coupon Codes

  If you have a coupon code you’d like to use, you can apply it by going to your cart and clicking on “Apply discount code” which appears above the Order Subtotal.

• Exchange Instructions

  In order to exchange a product you must return your order. Please follow the instructions for returns and place a new order for the desired exchange item on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order (minus shipping and handling) once we receive your returned merchandise. Condition of merchandise must meet return policy guidelines.
