• In which currency are prices listed?

  At this time, all prices are listed in USD. We are working toward a more flexible platform that will offer more dynamic pricing in the future, but everyone has to start somewhere. However, we have aimed to list prices as low as possible so that our Canadian guests can also pay a great price in spite of the exchange rate.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Textile-based orders, like clothing and pillows take 1-2 weeks to arrive to Canadian and US addresses with standard shipping. For worldwide textile-based orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery with standard shipping. Phone cases orders typically will function as pre-orders. Please allow us 5-7 business days to produce your order, and an additional 1-2 weeks to ship, depending on your selected shipping rate and location.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely! Please note that delivery times can vary outside of Canada and the US depending on your country's customs regulations.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  We definitely plan to! At the moment, however, we're still ironing out the kinks as to pricing, packages and timelines so we can make sure you get the best value as quickly as possible. Don't worry! We'll announce it with flying colors when this option becomes available!
