• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at the moment, however, we do hope to be able to accept orders placed outside of the US in the near future! So stay tuned!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. All reborn dolls will be shipped priority mail. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What Forms of Payments Are Accepted?

  Paypal, Debit cards and most Major credit cards accepted - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Check or Money Order - Shipments will be delayed until all payments have cleared. There may be a delay of up to 14 days. If you would like to reserve your item, it is recommended you call us to ensure the item is still available.
