• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure thing! I'm always flattered when anyone wants my work, regardless of where they are. Share the love, I say! Shipping costs for orders outside the US have been estimated using the USPS price calculator for first class international mail. I know they are rather high but there is nothing I can do about it, unfortunately. If you plan on purchasing items not within the same shipping class, please message me prior to your purchase and I can let you know if there will be an additional charge for shipping.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Where can I get the latest information on you and your work?

  You can find me on various platforms including Tumblr, Twitter, Twitch, and Instagram. See the link in my sidebar or simply search for digitalduckie on your platform of choice. Chances are it's me you'll find!

• When will you have [product] ready?

  I will often announce when I will have prints and new product available on my social media so feel free to follow me on your platform of choice. If you've seen something I've not announced a print of but would like one, please let me know! I'll consider what I can do. If a product is marked discontinued, I will no longer be producing it. Once it is sold out, it is gone! If a product is marked pre-order, I will state in the product description when I expect to be shipping out orders.

• Can I commission you?

  If you'd like to inquire about commissions, send me a message and I'll let you know whether or not I am available. Availability is largely determined by how many other commissions I'm working on and my personal schedule.
