• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. In most cases item arrive between 5 and 7 business days.International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How many ounces are each bundle?

  Our “Luxurious Locks” Collection ranges in weight of approximately 3.5-4oz per bundle.

• How many bundles do I need for a full sew-in?

  A sew-in can be achieved with 2 bundles. For a “Fuller” look, we recommend 3 or more bundles. When using 12"-16" for your sew-in, two bundles will be sufficient. When using 18"-22", three (3) bundles will be needed. When using 22" and up, four (4) bundles will be needed.

• How long does this hair last?

  Our products have the ability to last anywhere from 6months to 1 or 2 years, with proper care.

• Can I dye it?

  YES! Our “Luxurious Locks” can be easily dyed or bleach with ease. We recommend, seeking a professional for any type of processing of the hair.

• Does the curl pattern return after being wet?

  ABSOLUTELY. Be sure to deep condition the hair, so that your “Locks” maintain their luster and strength.
