• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Any delays on your order will be conveyed via email and would ask that you only send one email per order while allotting StyleSuite1010 to respond within 24-72 hours.

• Can I email you pictures of a item that I really want, but is not on your site?

  YES!!! Stylesuite1010 offers a variety of different options to ensure your signature style. If you have a picture of an item that you want, more likely than not, WE CAN FIND IT!!! As a new customer, we will provide this service as a one time courtesy for ONE item. There is a $12.50 service fee for 3 garments and $20.00 for 5 items. This service can be used to ANY item in the store, you can mix and match! Stylesuite1010 corresponds directly with you with urgency!! We find your items and get them shipped to your within 3-10 business days. To select utilize these services, please purchase the desired option via the store. • What is the "Style In A Bag" service?

  Got an event? A date? Or a business engagement? Not sure what to wear? Or maybe no time! IHS Boutique offers STYLE IN A BAG!! This service allows our customers to work directly with our SIGNATURE STYLISTS who will CUSTOMIZE a HEAD TO TOE LOOK for your special evening!!! How it works: 1. Send an email to [email protected] entitled, Style In A Bag Service, coupled with a description of the event, date/time, contact email/phone, budget and desired items (if you have an idea). Oh, please let us know when it is a good time to contact you per your time frame. There is a $25 service fee that will be required as a non-refundable deposit in order to begin the service. IHS Boutique dedicates equal amount of time to each client, however, we are available on short notice as well as for extended periods for assessment purposes. Stylesuite1010 reserves the right to assess an additional service fee (s) if the styling process takes longer than usual. Stylesuite1010 will communicate this point before hand to allow adequate time to decide on if you would like to keep your services active. 2. One of our Signature Stylists will contact you within 24 -72 hours. Stylesuite1010 will confer with our team of vendors and manufacturers to find your item (s). We will communicate with pictures and descriptions via email and telephone. 3. Once you have came to a decision on the look you want to go with, we will assess a package price for your ENTIRE outfit. Once you agree with our price points, we will send you an independent invoice via PAYPAL. Once payment is made, order will be shipped according to our usually guidelines. • Do you do independent stylings and/or make house visits?
