• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We unfortunately do not. Once our business grows larger then we will start to ship internationally if we get many requests to do so, but for now we only ship in the United States and its islands.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please note: The above arrival times are simply a guide and is in no way a guarantee.

• Can I purchase using mailed cash?

  Yes! You can either email us at [email protected] or direct message us on instagram or twitter. Remember to include your name, address, and item(s) that your are purchasing in the envelope along with your payment.

• What happens if I don't receive my order?

  We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen mail! We identify that all orders are perfectly correct when we send them out. We always send out orders, and after they have been shipped out, It is no longer our responsibility. No refunds or exchanges are accepted even if your mail is lost.

• How long does it take for you to ship out the item?

  Most orders are processed between 1-5 business days (Not including weekends and holidays.) Sometimes it may take more or less depending on our situation. All items are handmade, meaning that we take time out of our busy schedule to make them. And due to them being handmade, not every item will be exactly the same. Each one is unique. We ship right after your order is ready to be mailed and you can expect it to arrive within 2-10 business days for domestic orders.
