• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• What are your shipping rates and options?

  US SHIPPING All orders are shipped with a tracking number when it ships. Option 1: USPS First Class: $3.50. This method takes 5-7 business days and is limited to one shirt. Option 2: USPS Priority $5.50. This ship method takes 2-3 business days. Each additional product cost to ship is $0.75 per garment added to the order. To ship two t-shirts in one order it will cost $6.25. CANADA SHIPPING All Canadian orders are shipped USPS First Class. Tracking is only available when the package is in the United States. Print Aura is not responsible for delays due to customs which may be a few days to a few weeks. $8.00 for the first t-shirt. Each additional t-shirt is $1.00. To ship two t-shirts in one order it will cost $9.00 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We will ship USPS First Class to just about anywhere your customer is located. Tracking is only available when the package is in the United States. We are not responsible for lost packages or delays due to customs which may be a few days to a few weeks. $12.00 USPS shipping. Each additional t-shirt is $1.00.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Our standard turnaround time to process an order is 3-5 business days. We do not offer rush services yet but should be offered soon. International orders usually take at least one extra processing day due to the customs requirements. After the order has been processed, we will ship it to you via USPS. Shipping times and rates can be viewed above under the question 'What are your shipping rates and options?'

• Why does processing orders take 3-5 business days?

  We order blanks daily based on the previous days orders. Some products we get locally which can get printed the next day while others have to come from different vendors that take time to process and ship the blanks to us. Once we get the blanks we print very quickly. This method of acquiring blanks daily allows us to offer a much wider product catalog in tons of colors and sizes.
