• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. US & International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What are your policies?

  All sales are final. I will not be held accountable for lost packages. If package gets to you damaged or broken let me know and i'll ship you a replacement at no extra cost to you. All characters depicted in my products belong to their respective owners. All art found in my store was made by me and belongs to me. some products can be a choking hazard to young children. please keep small easy to swallow products away from infants.

• I never got my package!

  If you chose the cheapest shipping option, then it doesn't come with tracking and I cannot help you. I assure you that I did ship out your item and i wrote the address that you gave me exactly like you gave me when you ordered it. So if you still want it then you'll have to buy another one. If you did buy the shipping with tracking then I can find out where your package is and get to the bottom of things!

• Why is the only shipping option for my country tracking?

  That means you must be living in a EU country and the EU has recently decided to enforce tariff codes and other nonsense to be able to send you things. this is too much of a headache to deal with so i will only ship via tracking.
