  OUR SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED BASED ON THE AVERAGE: • Product weights • Shipping destinations • Handling charges All Domestic Shipments are sent via USPS with tracking. Handbags and Designer Inspired bracelets are sent insured via USPS. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking # for your item/s. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect address. If item/s are returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for reshipping charges. We are also not responsible for any claims of lost items with a tracking status stating item was delivered. Claims for damage item/s must be made via email ([email protected]) including a photo of the damaged item/s within 7 days upon receipt of your merchandise. Once your claim is approved, return the damaged item/s in the original packaging with all parts included. All International Shipments are sent via USPS without tracking. However, all handbags are sent by registered mail via USPS. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any lost international packages that have not been sent by register mail. If you prefer your entire order to be sent by registered mail, please contact us in advance. An additional $12.95 charge will be added to your total shipping cost for registered mail packages. We are also not responsible for any claims of lost items for registered packages that has a tracking status as delivered. Claims for damage item/s must be made via email ([email protected]) including a photo of the damaged item/s within 7 days upon receipt of your merchandise. Once your claim is approved, return the damaged item/s in the original packaging with all parts included. Please note: shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Hostesses with eligible discounted shipping will not have their packages insured nor will receive a tracking # for your shipments. Discounted shipping does not apply to handbags.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes we do!!! She ship to all countries via USPS. Unfortunately, we do not ship to IRAN, SUDAN, SYRIA, CUBA & NORTH KOREA. We have a handling time of 3 business days. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery depending on your country and postal service. Items are shipped out on Wednesdays & Fridays!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  In stock items: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Pre-Order items: Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. Items are shipped out on Wednesday, Fridays and some Saturdays.

• Do I need a PayPal account to checkout?

  No. You don't have to have a PayPal account to check out. Once at checkout, click on the "Pay on PayPal" Button. Once you click on that button, you will be giving the option either pay with your PayPal account or with any debit or credit card of your choice.

• Why can't I checkout with PayPal?

  Most common reasons why people can’t checkout with PayPal: If you are trying to ship to a different address than your billing address. If you are trying to checkout as a guest but using a card that is registered to an account (yours or someone else’s) If the item price is $0 (before or after a discount code is applied) and you are only paying for shipping. If it's none of those things, we suggest you try a different browser or contact us [email protected] and we will send you an invoice via PayPal.

• Kiss Kiss Darling Boutique Gift Certificates

  Kiss Kiss Darling Boutique Gift Certificates must be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.kisskissdarlingboutique.com. Purchases are deducted from the Kiss Kiss Darling Boutique Gift Certificate balance. Any unused balance will held for future purchases until the expiration date of the Gift Certificate. If an order exceeds the amount of the Kiss Kiss Darling Boutique Gift Certificates, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. Kiss Kiss Darling Boutique may provide Gift Certificates purchasers with information about the redemption status of Kiss Kiss Darling Boutique Gift Certificates that they purchase. Gift Certificates are valid for two months from the date of purchases. We are not responsible if an Kiss Kiss Darling Boutique Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. Please Note: Gift Cards cannot be applied to shipping fees.
