  Our items are lead & nickel free. They are also tarnish resistant BUT are not tarnish proof. Like most delicate jewelry, proper care is necessary. Simple steps to keep your jewelry in good condition: ✺ AVOID any contact with water/lotion/perfume - they'll get rusty if you leave them wet or moist - this is critical to prevent damage. ✺ When possible clean the piece after use with a soft dry fabric to remove dust and body oils. ✺ Store jewelry away from sunlight and if possible in a jewelry box while not in use - direct sunlight can discolor jewelry and oxygen is known to oxidize almost all jewelry.

• What are your payment options?

  Storenvy accepts paypal, credit, & debit cards. All transactions are secured via paypal. You do not need to register or have an account in order to purchase.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. We are proud to ship our products internationally!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• I really like an item that is sold out, will it be restocked?
