• What's your privacy disclosure?

  100% Privacy Disclosure Under no circumstance will we sell or share your personal information beyond what is necessary to complete your order.

• What type of payments do you accept?

  We practice safe and secure checkout using third party payment centers, such as PayPal and Stripe. There, all major credit cards are accepted. We also offer Afterpay options for those who enjoy the luxury of a payment plan.

• How soon can you ship my item?

  We ask for 2-3 business days to process and ship as orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment received. Orders received after 5 pm, on a federal holiday, or a Sunday will be shipped the next business day. Vacations will be specified prior to scheduled closing.

• Where are your orders shipped from?

  We ship from our very own intimate warehouse stock, located in the the US.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• Help I need to return my item. Do you accept returns?

  We sure do! If for any reason your item arrives damaged or incomplete, feel free to reach out to us for a return or exchange authorization. Please be advised that we will ask for supporting documentation regarding your damaged or incomplete goods. This will result in a request for photos. Once your return is approved, you have 10 days from the day you received your package to return your item. If shipment for original order, has been paid, a pre-authorized prepaid USPS label will be emailed to you for your return free of charge.

• How long will it take for my refund to process?

  Please allow up to 5 days for your refund to process. Your refund will be issued on the payment used for your purchase. Once your prepaid return label is scanned for confirmation, your refund will process. Please also keep in mind, the amount of time your financial institution takes to fully process your refund.
