Are you the artist?
Yes! Everything in my store is created by me, either traditionally or digitally. I use a local print company so I'm involved at every step of the print process, from drawing to colour tests and then final product. My comic books are printed by Comic Printing UK. The money from my sales here goes towards my comic and personal illustration projects, so that I am able to keep creating and making things! Thank you for helping me out.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within the UK are shipped first class and usually arrive within 2 working days of being shipped. Orders within Europe can take 5-10 days, and anywhere outside of Europe is likely to take 10-15 working days via standard airmail. Please note: In some cases it may take a couple of days for me to dispatch your item, as my hours fluctuate and I could struggle to get to the post office the next day!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Of course! I am based in England, and am happy to ship worldwide.

Can you provide tracking?
Sadly not. To get an item shipped with tracking is vastly more expensive, particularly for overseas shipping. I would like to avoid charging an extreme amount for shipping. If you absolutely require tracking, please contact me via email and I can sort out a quote for you.

My item is lost/damaged?
If you suspect that your item may have gotten lost in the post, please contact me. I will confirm that date that I shipped it, and will have kept the proof receipt incase I need to chase up the post office. Sometimes the post is slow, so please allow extra time for it to arrive.
I am not responsible for items damaged in the post, but I do my best to ensure it doesnt happen, by using poster tubes and strong cardboard envelopes. I can complain to the post office here to see what options are available to me should something be severely damaged, but often they will tell me its the responsibility of the postal service in the country it has been shipped to. Therefore please complain to your local mail service and see what they can do. If something arrives in a very poor condition, please contact me immediately. In some extreme cases I may sort you out a replacement, or take measures to change how I ship some items to further prevent this from happening.
