• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Once the store opens up to accept orders placed outside of the US: International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this time, my store is not set up to accept orders that are placed outside of the US.

• Can I get the magnets wet?

  No. Although all magnets are laminated, they should be kept away from any liquids and be handled with dry hands.

• Do you accept custom commisions?

  Yes, I do accept commissions. Please email me with all the specifics. Prices for commissions are non negotiable.

• What sizes are the magnets?

  The long magnets are about: W: 2.42 inches H: 4.48 inches. The short magnets are about: W: 3.7 inches H: 3.4 inches The round magnets are about: 3 inches. Please keep in mind that all magnets are cut by hand and might not be perfectly round or ruler straight. Long and short magnets have rounded corners to prevent sharp corners. (All corners on each side might not be perfectly rounded).

• Why doesn't the colour of my product match what I see on my screen?

  Printers print colours out in CMYK and computer/phone/laptop screens output in RGB. Unfortunately, the colours may vary in lightness or darkness, but that will not take away from the quality of the product.

• What size is the bookmark?

  The bookmark size is about: W: 1.25 inches H: 5.25 inches. Please keep in mind that all bookmarks are cut by hand and might not be perfectly round or ruler straight. There are rounded edges to prevent sharp corners. (All corners on each side might not be perfectly rounded).

• What sizes are the Wood pieces?

  Wood with the hole about: W: 2 inches H: almost 3 inches Rectangle about: W: 2inches H: about 3 inches Round with hole about: 2.5 inches circumference

• Can I get the wood pieces wet?

  No. Although the medium proved to run slightly in some cases, I would not recommend getting the piece wet or handling with wet hands.

• Why does the cost of shipping seem a bit high?

  All shipping cost cover postage and packaging materials, which is why the cost may appear to be slightly higher.

• What are the sizes of the Earrings?

  The rectangular earrings are sized as: 3" (h) x 2" (L) and the width about half and inch or about .25 of an inch The Large Round earrings are about 2" in diameter. The Oval earrings are about 1.5" in diameter.

• Are the Earrings comfortable to wear?

  All of the earrings are light weight wood that is painted on and sealed. They are not heavy and will not cause the earlobes to droop uncomfortably.

• What are the sizes of the Stickers

  The sizes of the Stickers are: about 3.5" x H X 3" L

• What kind of paper are the Stickers printed on?

  The stickers are printed on label paper and laser printed.

• Can I get the stickers wet?

  NO. There is no coating on the Stickers. I DO NOT recommend getting the Stickers wet.
