• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  The tailoring time for the dress often takes about 2-3 weeks in slack season but in peak season, the tailoring time will take about one month. The shipping time takes about 3-5 days.

• Can I send you a picture to make a custom made dress?

  Sure, custom made dresses are warmly welcomed!

• What is your cancellation policy?

  1, unpaid order: could be cancelled within 2-3 days. 2, paid less than 3 days, 50% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned, 3, paid at 3-20 days, 30% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned. 4, dress has sent, can't return the payment to you.

• How can i order the dress if i have some color and special request for the dress?

  ou can kindly offer me a note when placing the order. You can write down the color, measurements you need and special requirement in the note. And most importantly is that please kindly offer me your phone no in the note for shipping!

• If I don’t like the item, can I return it back?

  Sorry to tell you that I don’t accept the situation like this. I accept a full refund or replacement if products arrived is damaged, dirty or partial missing, however, you have to confirm it with the courier face to face when you opened the packing box, I will not charge the responsibility after that.
