• When days of the week do you ship the items?

  Items are shipped on between 9am to 4pm EST on Fridays and 9am to 12pm EST on Saturdays. If you order before that time frame, expect your item to arrive within 2-10 business days of the time of your purchase. You will be notified once your item has been shipped.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we do!!!

• How does sizing work and how are measurements done?

  At A Backward Glance, we want to ensure you will be happy with the size of your purchase. First, we give the size that is stated on the item. With many vintage pieces, this is not enough, so we also give the measurements. Measurements are done a flat surface, and measured as so: *Bust:Taken under the armpit, then doubled *Shoulders:From shoulder seam to shoulder seam. *Sleeves:Taken from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff *Waist: Measured at the smallest part of the waist ,then doubled. *Hips: Measured at the widest part of the hip, then doubled. *Inseam: Measured along the inside leg from the crotch seam to the bottom hem. *Rise: Measured from the crotch seam up to the top of the waist band. Last, A Backward Glance gives a general size in the form of small, medium, and large.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal. If you live in the Atlanta area and you want to pay in cash and/or pick up an item in person, please put the words "pick up" or "cash" in the order number of the form that you fill out on the "contact" page.

• How can I contact you?

  There is a "contact" button on our website. However, you can also contact us through our facebook page.

• Can I pick up my order?

  If you live in the Atlanta area, you can pick up your order from the owner, Deanna Ross. Please fill out information in "contact" with the words "pick up" in the order number.
