• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  As of now we do not ship outside the US.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your order will take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 9 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please also note that if your order is larger than normal, your shipping cost may change. We will notify you if that should happen.

• Can I get a Custom Order?

  Yes, you can. The wait time will be longer depending on what is requested for the custom design! Contact us for a consultation.

• Will I be Charged Tax

  If you are resident in the state of IL. You will be charged the IL sales tax unless you are tax exempted. We will need you to email us a picture of your tax id # to waive the IL Sales Tax. All orders outside of IL will not be charged a tax fee.

• Color of Jewlery

  We try our best to take pictures so that you get the full effect of what the color is. However, if your computers calibrations on your monitor is incorrect, and it may not look like its true color. We take pride in our quality, and will do our best to make sure you get the full color of our pieces.

• Privacy

  We respect your privacy and will not sell your personal information to any 3rd parties. Any contact information collected is strictly for processing orders.

• I Received An Error Message While Ordering

  If you are receiving an error message while ordering, we recommend that you use the Firefox or Chrome Browser and NOT Explorer.

• What are the sizes of the Bracelets?

  The standard sized of the bracelets listed in our store for women is 7.50 inches. Men are 7.50 to 8 in, Childrens are 6 inches. Please state the size of your wrist size when ordering.

• Gift Wrap

  We can gift wrap your order and send to the person you are sending it to for Christmas, birthday gifts, etc. We will also put that it was sent from you and they will not see our company name. This will be an extra fee of $10.00. Please contact us for more info.
