• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do but only by email request, shipping costs for international shipments will be handled on a case by case basis due to the increased costs of shipping internationally.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Didn't see a hair bow that reflects you?

  We take custom orders. Just send a email with the size (Standard or small), type (plain, plain with accent, or plain with center), and colors or print you are looking for. Please include contact phone number. If you need sizes bigger than the ones offered please include the measurements as well.

• Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO

  Yes but all shipping information must be sent via email so that accuracy can be maintained, orders that are being shipped to APO's or FPO's will be treated as international shipments.
