• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  For already made items, please allow 2-3 days (excluding Sundays as there is no post, sorry) for us to ship your item. For custom orders or pre-orders, shipping times may vary and we will let you know via e-mail after your order (or before if you contact us). Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks.

• The item I want is sold out! When will you make more?

  If the item you want is sold out, send us an email at: [email protected] Let us know what item (and how many of it) you want, we'll get back to you with an estimate of when we might get more in stock. Once we've restocked the item, we'll send you an email, so you will be the first to know.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  Yes.

• How do I make a custom order?

  Send me an email at: [email protected] Title it: Custom Order "What you want made - Your Name" Ex. Custom Order "Pikachu holding a Poke Ball - Ash Ketchum" Then tell me about what you would like: colors, size, type (standalone, charm, necklace, etc), and about how much you want to spend. If your want something very specific (like an OC or something), send me a link with pictures. The more details you provide, the easier it will be for me to make. After receiving your email, I'll get back to you with an estimate on the price and time it will take to make. Custom orders must be paid for upfront. I will begin working after I have received payment. If you have already paid and want to cancel your order, I will only refund half if I have already started. Please keep in mind that all orders are made one at a time, by hand. As such, no two items are alike. If you would like me to duplicate an item, it will not be exactly the same as the original. Please note that I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
