Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
No I am sorry Big Lots Valley does not accept orders outside of the United States at this current time.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days depending on the service provided and conditions of the weather could impact the time it takes for delivery, as well as the destination of the delivery. Keep in mind that once the order has left our warehouse facility delivery is completely out of our control, your package is in the hands of the shipping provider and questions should be addressed to UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

What shipping providers do you ship?
We ship through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. The shipping provider depends on the quantity of the order placed. Most single items will ship through USPS, and most orders in larger quantities will be considered through UPS or FedEx.

Can I cancel my order at anytime?
Once your order is placed information will be sent to the warehouse directly, so it is very important to make sure your order is accurate and correct, so once order is placed it is not changeable.

How long does it take to process orders?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day, some cases it takes 2-3 but these are very rare to come across.
