Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. -
How do I order the right size?
Due to the nature of our business we work on an order to make timetable. This means that our shoes are not premade and each is made to your specifications. Under the description of each shoe is a size chart. Measure babies feet before purchasing to ensure the best size and fit possible. Please leave your size of choice in a note at checkout. This will ensure that your shoes get to you ASAP! -
How do I order bows?
Bows need to be purchased through the bow option on the homepage. Bows need to be ordered separately from the moccasins. Feel free to change your bow color and leave it in a note at checkout!
