• Can you customize my order?

  Yes, we do customize our products to fit the needs of our costumers. For the customization process to begin all you need to do is to contact us.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Usually we take 3 to 5 business days to process the order. The delivery is made within 12 business days being the average delivery between 6 to 8 business days.

• Can I track my package?

  Once your package has been shipped you will receive a notification for the fulfillment of the order along side with the tracking number.

• What if my package is lost?

  If your package is lost, please contact company in order to find out more. If the shipping company does not solve the issue, please contact us. Please take note that if you choose the option to leave your order at your front door, we are not responsible for any missing parcels.
