Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship internationally.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we do! Please contact us to ask about custom orders.

Do you do refunds/ returns/ exchanges?
Refunds and returns can be given if:
Item is in new and unused condition
Item arrived with issues or errors
Not purchased from a mystery bag, B/D grade, clearance, etc
Not a custom order
Refunds will be made once the returned item has been shipped and received
Exchanges can be made if the incorrect item was shipped or if items arrive damaged.
Lost mail can be resent once if it was letter mail. Packages with tracking will not be replaced

Can I cancel my order?
You may only cancel your order if you have not received a shipping confirmation email.
Otherwise, you will have to do a return.

Do I get a tracking number?
Orders that have mini prints and/or stickers only do not get tracking
Sculptures and 17x11 prints will include a tracking number
