• Do I need to have a Storenvy account to make a purchase?

  No, you do not need a storenvy account. Instead, you may choose to checkout as a guest. If you would like to sign up for a storenvy account, it is fast and free. You will also be able to 'watch' the stores that you love and keep track of your purchases.

• Do I need a Paypal account to make a purchase?

  No, you do not need a Paypal account. Paypal is the secure checkout system that is used by storenvy, however it does NOT require you to have a Paypal account. You are able to pay directly with a credit or debit card. Simply follow the checkout process, click the "Pay now with Paypal" button and this will take you to the secured Payment Summary page. On this page you are able to choose to pay with a credit or debit card.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely... I ship WORLDWIDE!!! *All shipments will be sent first class mail unless otherwise stated. *International Buyers are responsible for any customs fees. *Please message me in advance if you would like to upgrade shipping or add any insurance.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I try my best to ship within 2 days after receiving payment. US orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times typically vary between 2 and 5 weeks. However, depending on location, international delivery may take up to 10 weeks. Finished to order products are usually ready to ship within 3 days. Custom orders (fully custom from style, color, & design based on your needs and preferences) may take 1 - 4 weeks to ship since they are not started until after payment is received. This time will vary depending on the complexity of your order and the availability of supplies. All of my jewelry ships from my studio in South Florida, so please be patient and give a couple extra days for your order to arrive in the case of any hurricanes or blizzards between us. {knock on wood}

• What are your shipping rates?

  FREE SHIPPING within the US! Shipping will be charged as follows: US Orders : $0.00 That's it! Add as much as you'd like to your cart and I'll ship it to you within the USA for FREE!!! International Orders :$6.00 first item; $0.50 additional items

• How will my order be shipped?

  All US orders are shipped via First Class Mail unless otherwise stated. All International orders are shipped via First Class International mail unless otherwise stated. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method or add insurance, please contact me before purchasing for a quote. Each order is securely wrapped, then packaged in either a shipping bubble envelope or cardboard box... depending on the size of your order. If an issue with shipping does arise, please contact me immediately so I can try to assist you.

• Do you really make everything yourself?

  Yes. Each and every piece of jewelry from Blue Copper Designs is designed and created with my own two hands. Custom designs are welcome as well!!

• Do you accept custom orders?

  I sure do!! Not only do I offer jewelry 'finished to order,' fully custom designs are also available... and Welcome!! This is the perfect solution if you see a design in my shop that you like, but want it in a different color or length. Or, have you been looking for jewelry or gifts to match colors for a special event? {Think weddings, corporate events, collegiate spirit - sky's the limit!} If you would like to a custom piece of Blue Copper Jewelry, designed and handcrafted just for you, please send me an email at [email protected]. I'll get back to you usually within 1-2 days.

• I saw something that I wanted but it already sold...

  If you see something you want in my shop that has already sold, you can contact me via email and I'll see if I'm able to make the same item. If the materials are available, and it was NOT a one-of-a-kind design, I will be more than happy to make one for you. Or, I may be able to design a custom piece that is similar. {Some of my beads and materials are vintage, so there are designs that I will not able to reproduce.} Please keep in mind that due to natural inclusions and elements within gemstones, no two stones are exactly alike and your piece may vary slightly from the original.

• How do I care for my Blue Copper Jewelry?
