• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you do combined shipping?

  Yes, but only for Oversize items. Rings with cabochons on them are considered Oversize if they have a cabochon, since I ship them in a ring box so they don't break in transit. If you want several Oversize items, I can make a flat rate for shipping, just contact me and I will make a custom listing for you with all the items you want!

• Do you take special requests?

  Feel free to tell me any ideas you may have for handmade or commercial products, and if they are appropriate for the store I will definitely try my best to incorporate them! If you want to request something as a special order, please don't hesitate to message me!

• What types of payment do you accept?

  Please, when checking out, note that I only accept Paypal. If any other payment method is offered, such as Stripe, please do not use it as I only have an account with Paypal and do NOT have a Stripe account and it is not affiliated with me in any way. I will not be able to ship your product if you do not use Paypal. Stripe will have your money, not me, and I will NOT have any power to refund you. Please keep this in mind, this change was instituted by Storenvy, and has nothing to do with me or my shop.
