• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  For customized merchandise please allow ATLEAST 3-5 weeks for all orders to be custom made and shipped out to you from the time your payment is received (this is standard and we do not do rush orders) Please take this into consideration before placing your order. When your order ships you will automatically receive your tracking number via email. (If you have not received an email, your tracking information is not yet available)

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We want to make your shopping experience with us an easy one! We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. *All payments are accepted by a secure web server! We also accept all major credit cards, direct transfers & e-checks through PayPal.

• What is your Return/Cancellation Policy?

  All sales are final! Yes, FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or returns (unless a manufacturing defect is present or you were sent the wrong item in error).
