My name is Bianca Beck, owner & designer of Love What’s Missing. Special needs mother to a profound little man and full time entrepreneur. I am forever an optimist and homemaker at heart. I opened Love Whats Missing four years ago after my son was diagnosed with a rare birth defect called Schizencephaly. As I felt my world fall apart he also endured seizures which caused absolute calamity to his overall health and global development. I found my place ultimately at home taking care of him, and we started early intervention therapy immediately. I could not work outside the house but felt so strongly about wanting to contribute to all of his necessities, expenses, and wanted to get my family on our feet financially. Due to the rarity of his diagnoses I wanted to spread awareness simultaneously. I began blogging the source of all my experiences as his mother and posting my creations online.
I always have been incredibly passionate in crafts and art of all forms. Being able to create- something I truly enjoy doing and to share that with others has given me tremendous joy. It all started with the simplicity of tote bag and has expanded into my shop now. It’s always been imperative to me that every product is made with only quality materials and without urgency. I want to create accessories that are loved and worn with the care I put into making each individual piece completely by hand. Inspiration for my store come from all sources- research on the latest trends, different materials, and always dabbling in new potential products with my beloved sewing machines.
I am so blessed to be able to combine the luxury of running my store from home and to share my son’s story with the world. I’ve had this astounding opportunity of educating my customers and others on my son’s diagnosis over our continuous journey together. I am in love with my work and the out pour of support I’ve received from happy customers, old and new still bewilders me. I have high hopes in the future to continue creating all hand crafted goods to support my little man, and expanding into men’s and children’s accessories sometime in the new year. I am still also aspiring to one day to start a non profit for Schizencephaly along side my shop in honor of my dearest Skylar. Whom is ultimately fearless and effortlessly inspires me each day.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note all products are MADE TO ORDER. Due to the handmade nature of products please allow at least 2-3 WEEKS for production (unless otherwise specified in the listing - i.e. "Pre-orders"). As each of our items are completely hand crafted just for you- there may be slight variations in each piece, however this makes each product unique. Every order is made and packaged with the utmost quality and love. Rush ordering is available along with upgrade for shipping (Priority & Express), please contact prior to purchasing. Once your order is finished it will be packaged and sent out USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Select, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Shipping dates for orders exclude Sunday's and all holidays. Domestic orders typically take around 2-5 business days to reach their destination, but are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delayed or late orders due to USPS. If you are in need of an order by a specific date please contact me before purchasing to ensure on time delivery. International shipments can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Please keep in mind once your package leaves the US it will not update on tracking until it arrives in your country. I am not responsible for delayed orders due to customs or taxes. -
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Absolutely, I ship worldwide! Your package will be sent out USPS First Class. Please keep in mind some countries do not scan the customs label on your package, so you may not be able to track it once it leaves the US. If you need signature confirmation, insurance, or to upgrade to express please contact me before placing your order for prices. -
