• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most Tracked orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks if not tracked. If you want your order to have a tracking number please contact us BEFORE making a purchase so that we can apply the right shipping price to your order.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We accep orders from all over the world

• Do I get a tracking number once I order my package?

  ALL the handmade items will be shipped with a tracking number, for any other item it's required of the costumer to contact us first so that we can apply the right shipping price to your order. If you WANT your order to be tracked please contact us first!!!

• Where do you ship from?

  All of our handmade products are made and shipped from Portugal. Any other item is sent from the factory directly to you in order to avoid longer shipping times.

• How long do handmade items take to process?

  Handmade products require a different time by each product. Naturally a nore detailed piece will take longer than a smaller more simple piece. All the handmade items will me created in the same order that the orders were placed. This means that even though you purchased something on the 3rd of the month, we may only be able to start creating it by the 25th of that same month, due to it's waiting list. If you are in a hurry to recieve your handmade parcel please let us know! Simply contact us directly before or after completing your purchase so that an arrangement can be placed!

• I purchased 10 different items but only recieved one!

  Don't worry! When several items are bought at the same time, the order is shipped out in individual parcels to avoid problems in customs and a higher shipping price! You will be notified once every item has been shipped, with it's tracking information (if previously requested, please read #4) and it's estimated delivery time! If any item is still yet to arrive by it's estimated delivery time please come in contact with us directly!
