• Shipping and Handling cost?

  Shipping is a flat rate. This includes price of shipping plus shipping materials.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Currently yes, we do ship outside the US. Please be advised shipping costs may change do to the current rates. I use USPS standard shipping. This means there is no tracking number once it leave the US air space. I do provide the Customs number which you can check on the USPS website that will show a status bar of how long till it arrives. Why do I use Standard USPS? Because I am not a business, this is a hobby. Priority Mail cost more than what I charge for my items, and I can not justify putting that cost on you. Most businesses who ship at a lower cost over seas are either shipping so much they get a shipping deal, or spread the cost of shipping on their products. I do not produce enough. See arrival times below.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Processing can take 5-10 days. What is Processing? Ordering prints, packing your merchandise, going to the post office, ect. ect. This takes time because I am a one woman show. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. *As a Note* Some countries will have a claiming fee. Please check your local customs since each country varies.

• Countries I will not Ship or Need Special Assistance

  These are Countries that have had issues with Customs and USPS and can not ship too: Mexico Italy Brazil Below are the countries I have had issues with the care of the packages, but will still ship too. If you would like to order, but live in the countries below, please contact me and I will go over other optional shipping rates and time frames, thanks! Australia

• Help! My package didn't arrive!

  Update for domestic shipping: Do to where I now live, my husband has to send out orders for me while going to work. Do to this, sometimes I do not get the shipping slips till after it says it has been received. So if you do not get a shipping number, and do not receive your item, please email me! Ill then check the number and resend prints out accordingly! I apologize ahead of time for any inconveniences!

• Do you take drawing Commissions?

  Currently at this time, I do not. So sorry :(

• Colors and Pictures

  As a note the colors in the photos may look different depending on your monitor or device. If you have any questions or concerns on an item I will gladly show some more photos, please email me :)

• What Are Digital Downloads?

  So Digital Downloads are great for anyone over seas that wants an image but doesnt want to pay crazy shipping costs. They are also great for people who need the print asap! All images are sent via email that is connected to your Store Envy Profile. They are high res 300dpi. Which means they are pretty darn big lol.

• What are the rules with using Digital Downloads?

  Pretty simple rule: For personal use ONLY. Images can not be used to sell your own prints or merchandise. Other than that, you can print on what ever you like and on how ever many things you want. I have seen people print on wood, material, and even canvas. Downsides: 1. No add on price for Digital Downloads since you can print way more than one. 2. Only my digital signature is provided. But if you happen to ever see me at a convention, feel free to bring in the prints and I will sign them!

• What is personal use on Digital Downloads?

  Personal Use: you can make prints or product using the images for yourself, friends, and family!

• What is Made to Order?

  This is when I have the material to make bags, shirts or masks, but they are made when a person orders it! Made to order can take a 1-7 days depending if we get bulk orders. Since I am a small business, some items are easier to store in pieces and make on a base by base. My husband and I do try to have a small stock made already, so you might get the item early!
