• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes...And if your country is not Listed at our site. Please Contact Us for the Shipment Cost.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  As we are dealing with so many signs, we do not keep any stock. Signs are made as the Orders come in, so it may take up to 5 -14 working days before your sign will be Ship. So, Please be Patient your Sign will definitely be delivered. And when your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International Shipping take anywhere from 14 - 30 Business Days. So, please be patient your Sign will definitely be delivered.

• What is your Shipping Methods?

  We use a selection of shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, USPS etc. Orders shipping outside of the United States will ship via USPS Priority Mail International. However if there is any Changes or Problem in Shipping or Shipping Cost we will Contact You.

• Why is the item that I buy cannot be delivered to my Country?

  Due to Territorial Licensing Restrictions some Licenced Images cannot be ship to certain country. Therefore, if this happens to you we will be very much appreciated if you would change for another design or item that match your buying price or Top-up the difference if the price is higher. But if you decide not to change or you can't find what you want. Then we are more than oblige to give you a Full Refund.

• Do I have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase?

  No....although it is the fastest way to pay you can pay with a credit or debit card. Just go through the check out process and the last step will take you to PayPal. Underneath the sign in box there is a link "Pay with credit or debit card" click this link and fill out your information and you are good to go!
