How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 12 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, please understand that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Where are your items shipped from?
While we're based in Texas, if an item isn’t available in our U.S. warehouse, we’ll ship it directly from our supplier in China while keeping the same shipping rate and estimated delivery timeframe.
