Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 3-4 weeks. Express shipping via DHL, FedEx and UPS, depending on destination will take 3-10 days for delivery.

WILL MY GOWN/DRESS NEED ALTERATIONS?
This is, unfortunately, a hard YES- There is not really any bridal shop out there that will tell you NO. Every bride needs nips & tucks! Even though most brides submit their custom measurements, we all know it's very easy to put on a few extra pounds or even lose a few pounds due to all the stress and worrying that comes with planning and preparing for your special day. So, please do not be surprised when you get your gown/dress and alterations are needed. This is why we can't stress it enough to order your gown 6-8 months in advance to allow for enough time for your seamstress/tailor to make the necessary alterations. Please also keep in mind that a stress free timeline for alterations would be at least 2-3 months.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
YES, we do offer expedited shipping via DHL, UPS and FedEx. These fees are an additional charge not included with our free shipping option.

Does WenLee Bridal accept returns?
WenLee Bridal does not accept returns due to the nature of items BUT we WILL fix the problem IF it is a defective, damaged or an incorrect item.
We'll do our best to replace defective, damaged or incorrect items. If we cannot send a replacement, you'll be refunded the purchase price.
