  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  At Avril De Luxe Jewelry, I carefully select high-quality materials such as gold-plated and silver-plated charms, freshwater pearls, sparkling glass beads, and raw crystals. The base metal is durable stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting beauty. All materials are chosen to create pieces that are both stylish and made to last.

• How should I care for my jewelry?

  To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. After wearing, use the jewelry cloth provided with your purchase to gently clean your pieces. Store them in the suede pouch included to prevent tarnishing and scratches. With proper care, your pieces will stay beautiful for years to come!

  Yes! I love creating custom pieces tailored to your preferences. Whether it’s a specific stone, design, or personalization, feel free to reach out and we can work together to bring your vision to life. Custom orders may take additional time, but I promise it’ll be worth the wait!

• How long does it take to receive my order?

  I aim to ship all ready-made items within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a bit longer, typically around 1-2 weeks. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package every step of the way.

• Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

  Since each piece is handcrafted with care, I do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase. I’ll work with you to ensure any concerns are resolved, whether through an exchange or repair.
