• Who made these items?

  All items are handmade by a Spun Studio member - a woman or gender-diverse individual who has experienced homelessness, poverty, or social isolation. Spun Studio is run by Sistering, a local registered charity.

• Can I pick up my item?

  Yes, please contact us at spunstudio@sistering.org to arrange local pick-up at 957 Bloor Street West.

• How much of my purchase goes directly to the maker?

  Spun Studio is a social enterprise of Sistering, a local registered charity. 50% of each sale goes directly to the maker, and 50% goes to Sistering to be reinvested into our community arts programming.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are based in Toronto, Canada. We provide local pick-up and Canada-wide shipping.
