• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  My current shipping time for all ready to made items is 1-3 days. Custom orders is 2-3 weeks. I try to process all orders in a timely manner but if your case requires charms that I do not have in stock that will delay how fast I can ship your order out. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What if my charms come off?

  I try to insure that all pieces put on items will not easily fall off or become loose, but in the event they do any super glue will hold the piece in place.

• How do i clean my case?

  ====DO NOT SUBMERGE CASE IN WATER==== Before applying any cleaning solution to case, apply to a small area to test it. You can also use unscented wet wipes to clean case, or a small toothbrush to get into the crevices.

• Is this case durable?

  While yes it is a durable case..Decoden cases are more decorative cases they are not meant for everyday use.

• Can i order a design that you have already made?

  Yes! I can remake any design shown on my website, however the design may vary slightly depending on your phone size.

• Can I return my case?
