• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do Alpha graphic sheets count as one price?

  They sure do! You will receive two (2) sheets containing the entire alphabet when you purchase any alphas.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  Absolutely we do! If you would like a custom order, please send us an email, and we will create a listing for you in our store.

• Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  Due to the customization of our graphics and the fact that we make our jewelry and other items on an "as ordered" basis, we do not normally take returns or exchanges. However, should you have any issues with an item, please email us. We work hard to accommodate our patrons!

• How will I receivce my purchase?

  Your graphic purchase will be emailed to the email address attached to your Storenvy account. Your tangible purchased items will be mailed via USPS to the address provided on your Storenvy account.
