• Where is the store placed?

  Valparaiso, Chile.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course! All products will be sent outside worldwide.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  National shipping (Chile) could take between 1 to 7 business days depending of the local post service. Outside Chile and depending of country proximity, international shippings could easily take between 2 to 12 weeks. I'll always give the customer the tracking number if there's one. (Check your email)

• What is the store's return policy?

  Once the order is shipped, there will be no refunds unless of an incorrect order (wrong product) or the product itself gets lost. Please contact ME DIRECTLY through Twitter or Instagram if anything happens, do not engage a Paypal chargeback because it'll make everything more complicated for the both of us.
