• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We certainly do! We only ask that customers consider the increase of the shipping cost and length of time international orders may take, and encourage any multiple orders to be submitted together to reduce processing and shipping times. Also, please be aware the regulations and requirements imposed by customs may cause customs to open or inspect your item for safety purposes.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the shipping service. Customers may specify a preferred shipping service, but are responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred from expedited shipping or change in shipping company. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks. However, please be aware that ALL logistics companies have experienced changes and delays in delivery and arrival times due to Covid-19 regulations and complications. We encourage customers to please exercise patience during the order process, and welcome you to use the shipment tracking information you receive following your order to monitor the whereabouts of your parcel.
