• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We accept orders from the whole world! Please, read the information below about Dispatch info, Delivery times and Shipping prices.

• DISPATCH INFO

  Orders are usually shipped within 7 days after receipt of the full payment (the only exception to this are Pre-Orders, which estimated shipping time can be found in the relevant product’s listing).

• DELIVERY TIMES

  As an indicative estimate, here are the waiting times orders may usually have AFTER BEING DISPATCHED: - Domestic orders (Czech Republic): a few days, often 72h and sometimes around 10 working days. - To Europe: around a week, sometimes about a month. - To the US: from 15 days to a month and a half, sometimes 2 months. - To the rest of the world: from 15 days to a month and a half, sometimes more than 3 months. Shipments can be really slow (taking more than 3 months) when reaching any country from South America, Africa, or Mexico, Russia, etc.

• SHIPPING PRICES

  We only offer shipping with the package tracking option to ensure maximum safety of your delivery. The estimate rates vary depending on the package weight. - Domestic shipping (CZ): $2+ - Europe*: $5.2+ - United States: $6+ - Rest of the world: $6.5+ *Due to the VerpackG pact, all orders to Germany will be billed with $1 extra added to the shipping due to the packaging recycling expenses.

• Do you accept comissioned art?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Where is the store based?

  Prague, Czech Republic, right in the middle of the Europe. If you're outside of Europe, do not worry! I accept orders from all around the world for reasonable shipping rates.
