I ordered a personalized item, but there's nowhere to put in my personalization preferences. How do I tell you what I want on my item?
Once you've placed your order for a personalized item, simply email me at
[email protected] with your preferences, order #, and email address. I will respond to the email with confirmation that I received your request.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
At this time, I only ship within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on what products you've ordered, turn around time is anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks before shipping. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for any delays or damages during shipping.
