• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• When will my order be shipped?

  Once receiving payment your order will be shipped out within 5 business days. *Please note that made to order items and pre-order items may not follow that timeline and will have disclaimer on item.*

• What does made to order mean?

  Your order will be made after purchase.

• How long will it take my item to be made?

  3-5 days depending on the item. Items taking longer than 3-5 days will have a disclaimer on the product.

• What does pre-order mean?

  Order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
