• How long will it take to receive my order?

  1. This is a digital printable file NO physical item will be shipped. 2. We will send you the digital files within 24 hours. But if the order is placed outside of business hours where I live or on weekends, it may be delayed. 3. Please leave us your email address so we can send digital files. 4. NO shipping because this is a digital product. ** Please feel free to text us, we are available 24/7. Your problem or feedback will be resolved soon.

• I never received my digital download!

  1. Digital downloads are not instantaneous. I try to be timely with sending them out, but if the order is placed outside of business hours where I live or on weekends, they may be delayed. If your order has not been marked as "shipped" and you have not received an update from Storeenvy indicating this, then I have not emailed you the files. 2. Check your spam folder in the email that you supplied with your order. 3. If you still have not received your digital download, please email me with your order confirmation number, and will fix the issue immediately.
