How long will it take to receive my order?
It takes 3-5 business days to process ready-to-ship items, and 7-10 business days to process for personalized items. For the standard shipping, we ship by Hong Kong Post. It will normally take 7-21 days for delivery to most of the countries. Delay might due to customs. Tracking number and shipping confirmation will be provided for the order upon shipping. It may take longer to arrive during the holiday seasons. For the expedited shipping, we will ship by Hong Kong Speed Post, SF Express or DHL. Normally take 3-7 days for delivery depending on the process time of the designated countries. Tracking number and shipping confirmation will be provided for the order upon shipping.
