Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We currently do not accept international orders at this time, but it is something we are looking to adding to our business model in the future. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 days for processing your order. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days. However, please note that shipping times have been unpredictable since the coronavirus hit and therefore has made shipping times vary greatly from what they used to be. -
Where do you ship from?
Sandals & Spurs ships from Austin, TX, and currently only ships domestically. -
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact me via e-mail or Facebook Messenger if you suspect your order was lost in transit. We will work with you to rectify this.
