• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  All of our jackets are ship worldwide(except Russian Federation); Our customers are surprised by our low shipping rates by DHL or FedEx.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Jacket stitching process takes 5 to 7 working days & we use Expedited Courier Service which takes 5-8 business days to reach at your door step once shipped. See our Shipping Information page with all the details. OUR Courier PARTNERS: FEDEX DHL SKYNET

• Do you ship on PO Box?

  No, we only ship the order on complete house or office address.

• Is the jackets & Shoes made with genuine leather?

  Yes! we used high quality of sheep and cowhide leather to make the jackets and Shoes.

• IS ORDERING ONLINE SECURE?

  To guarantee that your order is secure and to protect your privacy, we use STRIPE that has Secure Socket Layer (SSL) utilizing 128 bit encryption. Once STRIPE receives your order, it is then decoded and processed.

• CAN I MAKE A CHANGE AFTER I'VE PLACED MY ORDER?

  Changes may be made after an order is submitted but within one business day. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make any changes after one business day to an order once it has been placed.

• HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH MARKX?

  For your convenience MARKX accepts Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards for payment. We can also arrange bank deposit in couple of countries around the world. Please contact us through e.mail or message option on contact us page, we will get back to you with details.

• WE WANT A PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT PICTURED IN YOUR WEB SITE. WHAT DO WE DO?

  Just contact us with details of jacket or shoes you want to get stitched, we can stitch any style of jacket and shoes in any color. We just require 3, to 4 images of jacket or shoes from different angles. We are constantly introducing new styles and developing products to meet the specific, changing needs of our customers.

• WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR LEATHER?

  Our leather is an agricultural by-product. We purchase the hides and transform them into beautiful leather apparel and accessories.
