Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! We're available to almost all countries and ship internationally!
For now, we are not available in and don't ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea, due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. This list may change periodically.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
**Notice** Due to the pandemic, our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at

Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. This must be reported within 1 week after receiving the items. If any of these apply, please contact us at
[email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell, an off-white residue, or slight discoloration. Don't worry, that's not unusual, it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
All inks we use in our products are water-based and eco-friendly.

Placing an order when out of stock
If an order is placed with an out of stock product, it will take longer to process it - between 2 to 4 weeks. Once we recieve new stock, it will be processed and shipped to your address. Usually products that are out of stock are disabled, but since this disableing is not automatic and has to be done manually, sometimes we may not disable it on time before a customer makes an order. If that is the case, then not to worry, as soon as there is stock we will ship it to you right away!
