• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I ship outside the US. However, I cannot ship to any countries where USPS has suspended first class mail. You can find the list of suspensions and other delays here: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/ if you are from one of these countries, you must order through a proxy who can ship to you.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I usually ship with USPS first class mail/package service. Once shipped most domestic orders take within 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times should be around 2 to 4 weeks. This does not include any covid related delays.

• What shipping options are there?

  DEFAULT: $5.25-$6 for domestic (USA) purchases, $13.50-$25.00 for international purchases depending on location. Shipped via USPS First-Class Package Service. For any non-flat item like charms, washi tape, etc, as well as prints that are greater than 5x7 inches in lengthxwidth. ----- FLATS: $0.75 for domestic purchases, $1.50-$2.00 for international purchases depending on location. Shipped via USPS First-Class Mail Service. For orders that only consist of the following flat items: - stickers - sticker sheets - magnets - prints/postcards that are less than or equal to 5x7 inches in lengthxwidth I will automatically ship these items as an untracked letter. You can purchase an additional tracking service that will upgrade your order to be shipped as a package with tracking.

• Why is international shipping so expensive?

  idk sorry. If you are an international buyer, I'd be happy to include a doodle request with your order to make up for it. If you want one please leave your request in the notes during checkout.

• What packaging do you use?

  I will always when possible use recycled/pre-used packaging. ie, I reuse packaging supplies from other shipments that I get. So if your package looks like it was opened and then re-taped, or if there is a scribbled out packaging label on one side because the postal worker accidentally didnt put the new one on top of it, that is why. It may not be as pretty but I firmly believe in reducing waste as much as I can, and also its cheaper lol. I am careful to tape everything well, so don't worry the reused packages will be just as sturdy as new ones. If you would still like me to use brand new packaging for you anyway, please make a note of it in the order! :)

• Do you take into account VAT

  I am not taking into account VAT, any possible VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer, sorry. If I get a return shipment because you didn't pay vat fees, I will ask that you cover any shipping expenses to send it back to you. If you do not want it returned I will only refund product prices, I will not refund any fees or shipping prices. Thank you for understanding.
