• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Most of the time, yes! However there are two things to be aware of: - International shipping costs can be pretty high. We can't do anything about that. - The new GPSR rules going into place in EU and Northern Ireland are highly restrictive. This is something that is new for everyone and we aren't quite sure how it will work. We are still going to try to ship your orders to you, but we can't make any promises. If we can't get the order to you for some GPSR reason, you will get a refund.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders (with the exception of pre-orders) will typically be shipped within one week of receiving them. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days for delivery. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
