• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! We now offer Worldwide shipping! Please note that with Covid-19 it has drastically affected shipping to Europe and other countries. Please keep in mind that items will be delayed in shipping in accordance to your countries protocols for Covid-19.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.COVID-19 has created shipping delays of up to 10 more business days. This depends on states, USPS, and the type of package. -- Processing time for ready made items and ready to ship is 3-5 days, I ship on Fridays to ensure orders are out by the following week. My turn around time for custom items is 2 weeks or less, depending on how many are in my queue. Any orders that contain printed products such as; Apparel, Hats, Phone cases, and tote bags will be shipped separately from any handmade items in my shop. Tracking numbers for each package will be provided. -- International Orders will take anywhere from 8- 12 business days. During the Holiday Season Orders can vary from 10-20 business days.

• What is your Refund Policy?

  At this time ALL SALES ARE FINAL

• Are you currently accepting Ambassodors for your store?

  Not at this time, I do see this happening in the future as my brand grows.

• What are your hours?

  Monday through Friday 10AM to 3PM Pacific Standard Time. All emails about other inquires will be answered within 24-72 hours Emails about shipments and orders will be answered in 24 hours or more. Closed on all Major US Holidays

• My package never arrived! Can I have a refund?

  Once all packages have been accepted by USPS, CO is not responsible for lost, damaged, or late items. Please see your local post office for further information about a refund. CO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES THAT ARE SHIPPED THROUGH; USPS, DHL, FEDEX, UPS.

• Can I make a custom order on products?

  Yes, of course! Please email me with your name and custom order idea. I will ask a $3 "custom order" fee on all items you want customized. Discounts are not valid with any Custom orders.
